Tokens

One token per agent tool, pasted into that tool's configuration. Revoking one leaves the others working.

Admin

Service identities for external agents and automations -- Relevance, a scheduled job, anything that isn't a person. Each gets its own identity, its own scope memberships (add it to a scope from that scope's Members tab, same as a person), and a token that never expires, since a periodic job failing because a human token-rotation policy caught it is exactly what this avoids.

Disagreements

Records an agent could not reconcile. Both were returned to the person who asked, with their qualifiers attached.
